Vijay Sharma, Rahul Sharma and Vishal Sharma, the  visionaries behind Craving Curries, has dedicated there lives to perfecting the art of East Indian cuisine. Starting with Vijay’s culinary journey at the renowned Taj Hotels in Delhi, Vijay honed his skills under the guidance of master chefs. After moving to Winnipeg, he brought his expertise to the city by playing a key role in establishing the first location of Clay Oven. Today, Vijay continues to share his passion for authentic flavors and exceptional dining experiences through Craving Curries, a testament to his love for food and community.
